About the project

The project aims to provide innovative teaching materials and strategies for implementing PI, the IBL method and the STE(A)M cycle to support educators and students. These strategies all aim at engaging both boys and girls in climate action. The goal is strengthening STEM education by integrating industry collaborations and advanced technologies like PV and RES. The project will foster global awareness by sharing diverse solutions to climate challenges through international mobilities.

Through training and systematic support, teachers will implement new methodologies (IBL, STE(A)M, PI). The latest scientific and technological developments on climate change will be transferred to education through STEM experiments, workshops, and materials. Students will build installations to fight against climate change, and schools will exchange experiences internationally. Educational resources will be developed, and results disseminated through school events and international meetings.

The project will provide continuous comprehensive teacher support during professional learning in IBL, PI, and STE(A)M cycles, advanced STEM workshops and an Experimental Kit. 4IN4CC offers guides and e-collections of IBL modules, innovative experiments and PI strategies, and it will establish ten installations through two STE(A)M cycles. All activities will strengthen education in the fight against climate change and environmental challenges while promoting gender equality in STEM education.
